      Here are the details for our class balance patch on [Necromancer, Demon, Spritualist, Fighter] classes.

      ※ The skill changes were made due to rework in status effects and PvP balance rework.

      [Necromancer] (PvE)
      - [Blind] Duration and Activation Chance, Cast frequency will be changed.
      - [Slumber] Duration and Target’s HP limit value, Range will be changed,
      skill name will be changed to sleep.
      - [Lower Accuracy] Duration will be changed.
      - [Lower Might] Attack/Defense/Movement Speed/Attack Speed Decrease value will be changed,
      Cooltime will be added.
      - [Lower Level] Duration and Activation Chance will be changed.
      - [Blood Drain] Duration and Activation Chance, Amount of blood donation value will be changed,
      Cooltime will be added, skill name will be changed to Bloodsucking.
      - [Hwabyeong] Activation Chance and Limit Duration will be changed, Cannot Move effect
      and cooltime will be added.

      [Necromancer] (PvP)
      - [Blind] Duration and Activation Chance, Cast frequency will be changed.
      - [Lower Accuracy] Duration will be changed.
      - [Lower Might] Attack/Defense/Movement Speed/Attack Speed Decrease value will be changed,
      Cooltime will be added.
      - [Lower Level] Duration and Activation Chance will be changed.
      - [Blood Drain] Duration and Activation Chance, Amount of blood donation value will be changed,
      Cooltime will be added.
      - [Hwabyeong] Activation Chance and Limit Duration will be changed,
      Cannot Move effect and Cooltime will be added.

      - [Reversal] The effect will be not applied in PvP

      skill name will be changed to Rest.

      - [Snake Illusion] Range will be changed, cooltime will be added.
      - [Snake Specter] Immobilize effect will be removed, Cannot Move effect
      and cooltime will be added.
      - [Bear Blow] Knockback Rate and Movement Speed Decrease Duration will be changed,
      Cooltime will be added.
      - [Bear Stroke] Knockback Rate will be changed,
      Movement Speed Decrease effect will be removed.
      - [Bear Stroke] Immobilize Activation Chance and Immobilize Duration will be changed,
      Cooltime will be added.
      - [Puma Acceleration] Cooltime will be added.
      - [Puma Leap] Cooltime will be added, skill name will be changed to Puma Festination.
      - [Bull’s Rush] Cooltime will be added.

      [Necromancer] (PvE)

      Blind


      After the Status condition system restructure, as it can give the Blind effect continuously,
      the Duration and Activation Chance, Strike Range, 
      Cast frequency have been changed to balance the skill.

      Slumber


      After Status condition system restructure, as it can give the Sleep effect continuously,
      the Duration and Target’s HP limit value and range have been changed to balance the skill.

      Lower Accuracy


      After the Status condition system restructure, the duration increases as the skill level increases.
      Since it is possible to maintain a semi-permanent effect, the duration has been changed 
      to adjust the skill balance.

      Lower Might


      After the Status condition system restructure, the Duration increases as the skill level increase.
      Since it is possible to give a semi-permanent effect, the Duration has been changed,
      Attack/Defense/Movement Speed/Attack Speed value have been changed to balance the skill
      and cooltime has been added. 

      Lower Level  


      After the Status condition system restructure skill, the Duration increases as the skill level increase.
      It is possible to maintain a semi-permanent effect and the Duration and Activation Chance 
      have been changed to balance the skill.

      After Status condition system restructure, it can be used as extremely high survival skill.
      The Duration and Activation Chance, Amount of blood donation have been changed
      to balance the skill and cooltime has been added.

      Hwabyeong


      It has been changed to use one enemy as a skill that ties in place
      and according to the powerful status condition effect, cooltime has been changed.
