Currently, there are 2 known GameGuard issues when connecting to the game after we updated our GameGuard solution on March 30 maintenance. (GameGuard reset error / GameGuard Error 122)
Both issues occurred due to GameGuard module synchronization not being completed properly depending on connection conditons.
These issues may be resolved over time as GameGuard module synchronization completes.
If these issues persist, please submit a 1:1 inquiry from our official homepage.
Also, in Windows 7, GameGuard reset error can be resolved by downloading and installing the updates listed below from Microsoft.

Please download correct version of both [KB4490628] and [KB4474419] updates for your system type.

[How to check your System type (bit)]
You can check your OS and System type by right clicking [My Computer] and clicking [Properties] from Windows desktop or Windows explorer.
* Please download and install the official update files from Microsoft with the links above. * Please check which system type you are using, and install appropriate update files for your system. * If GameGuard reset error occurs in OS version higher than Windows 7, please submit a 1:1 inquiry.
