We understand how much you were looking forward to the Jigsaw Puzzle Event, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment this cancellation may have caused.

Several critical issues occurred during the implementation of the Jigsaw Puzzle event into the global server; yet again, we had to decide to withdraw the implementation. 

We are truly sorry to announce this in the same context. The development team is currently examining the issues. We are working diligently to examine the problem, but We are still determining how long it will take to investigate/fix the overall event data. 

When we are fix or ready with the event, it will be notified through our notice (maintenance)
