New Skill System - Omni Skill

Abilities increased by Omni Skills are not reversed.

Ex) Power - Knowledge/ Alacrity - Wisdom/ Health - Charisma

* Skill Level + option from equipment attribute, grinding slot option, etc. does not affect the omni skill.

- The effect of each omni-skill can be checked by hovering the mouse over the skill icon in the omni-skill UI.

- Omni Skill starts at the center with the normal grade and can be activated based on adjacent areas (if the activation conditions are met).
